Music is our only passion
On a July night in 1990, the booming sub-bass of the track "LFO" by the group of the same name rattled the steel frame of an old Sony warehouse on the industrial outskirts of Gildersome, Leeds. Inside, a euphoric crowd danced, oblivious to the fact that the reverberating sound was muting the buzz of police helicopters circling above. This event, known as the Love Decade rave, was not merely an illegal party; it was the violent focal point of a burgeoning cultural war. The night would end not in a peaceful sunrise but in a three-hour siege, a full-blown riot, and one of the largest mass arrests in modern British history, with 836 people taken into custody.

hope
At High on Hope, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. This year, High on Hope has chosen the [TBD] as our charity. We are dedicated to raising funds to support the vital projects and services that fall outside the scope of the NHS, yet make a significant difference in the lives of cancer patients across Lancashire.
Cancer has touched all of us in some way. We’ve lost dear friends and seen firsthand the impact it has on individuals and their families.
